The idea behind this project

As a participant in the beegy pilot customer group, you have the opportunity to help shape our products and services. We invite you to share your perspective with us and thus enable us to develop a customer-oriented product.

The procedure and our example projects

As part of product (further) development, we will contact you about specific projects. You are then free to decide which projects you are personally interested in and which fit into your daily schedule. As soon as we have a new project, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone and you can register or apply for it if you are interested. If you are not interested in the project, you do not need to do anything else.

Possible projects for which we may contact you include

Field test for the surplus loading function
Group discussion on the topic of energy management systems
Feedback on the range of heat pumps and other

Our product development focuses on PV systems, heat generation, e-mobility at home, energy management, intelligent control and the like.

Please note:
Please note that the number of participants is limited for some topics and that a preselection may be made among you as a pilot customer for certain questions due to technical requirements (e.g. heat pump available, 1-phase vehicle available).

The advantages

After you have registered as a participant for the pilot customer group, we will contact you via the e-mail address and telephone number provided as part of your service contract. Communication via other contact details is not possible.

Notes on surveys and field tests

We carry out various types of field tests, discussion rounds and surveys on specific topics. By carrying out and evaluating these measures, we obtain a picture of your satisfaction with our products and services so that we can continuously improve our work and services and adapt them to the needs of our customers.

If you provide us with data as part of this voluntary project, we can use it to create better and more individualized offers in the future and to solve your problems in a more targeted manner. This is done manually or through automated and classifying evaluations. Contacting and conducting field tests, discussion rounds and surveys is personalized.
