Comprehensive onboarding

To make your start with us as easy as possible, there is a comprehensive onboarding program for all new employees every month. Thanks to the introduction to the existing processes and standards at beegy, you will be well prepared to start with us.

Training courses / specialist training

From language training to external specialist training and further training as a fitter for photovoltaic systems (m/f/d) or technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) through to specialist knowledge. Everything that helps you progress also helps us progress and makes us better every day. External further training is therefore part of personnel development at beegy.

beegy Academy

The beegy Academy forms the framework for our entire training and development portfolio. It supplements our extensive onboarding and external training with internal courses on the topics of practical craftsmanship, leadership, conflict management, sales, customer service, products, teamwork and internal company specifics.
