Strict compliance with the law is an integral part of beegy GmbH’s corporate culture

Especially in particularly sensitive areas such as the fight against corruption, the integrity of business operations, antitrust law and compliance with labor and environmental standards, even the misconduct of individuals can cause major damage to the company.

In order to uncover potential misconduct and legal violations as quickly as possible and avert them at an early stage, we provide you with our whistleblower hotline. All reports of violations or suspected cases can also be reported anonymously at any time.

The protection of whistleblowers is our top priority

We are committed to protecting whistleblowers from discrimination or punishment on the basis of a report and to not tolerate retaliation or reprisals and to pursue them consistently.

We also grant all whistleblowers confidentiality and guarantee the impartiality of the recipients of their reports.

With the whistleblower hotline provided by us, we ensure that all legal requirements for the protection of whistleblowers are implemented and respected.

Reference to the federal government’s external reporting offices

The federal government provided three external reporting offices when the Whistleblower Protection Act came into force:

• In principle, the federal government’s external reporting office at the Federal Office of Justice is responsible (Section 19 HinschG).
• BaFin is the correct external whistleblowing body for information relating to financial services supervision or insurance companies (Section 21 HinschG).
• Information on antitrust issues can be submitted to the Federal Cartel Office’s whistleblower office (Section 22 HinschG).
