What does the interview process look like?
The steps in the process can vary depending on the role, but in most cases include: A short telephone interview with recruiting, followed by a personal or virtual conversation with the responsible department and HR.
How can I best prepare for the interview process?
Our application process offers us the opportunity to get to know you and your potential better, while at the same time you can find out more about beegy. It is particularly important to us that you are authentic and that we get to know you as a person. To prepare yourself, it is enough to take another look at the job description and our website before the interview.
How long does the probation period last?
The probationary period lasts 6 months, but can be shortened if the performance is appropriate.
What development opportunities are there at beegy?
beegy offers motivated employees with excellent performance the opportunity to take on team leadership or a professional leadership role. We also support the financing of necessary training.
How does the training go?
To make your start with us as easy as possible, there is an extensive onboarding program for all new colleagues every month. This way you will get to know the environment, your colleagues and our products and processes and can start working with us well prepared and well connected.
Can I work from home office?
In the office we offer the option of remote working. The respective department decides on the scope and suitability.
Craft
What are the daily working hours?
On average, you will work with us for 8 hours per day. In the trades, our employees keep a flextime account in which their working hours are recorded. This account helps you keep track of hours worked and manage any overtime or undertime.
Is there a way to work more temporarily?
The maximum working limit in Germany is 10 hours per day. All overtime is collected in an overtime account. You can then either reduce these in your free time or have them paid out.
Can I work in the trades without vocational training?
In most skilled trades roles, completed training is required. However, there is the possibility of joining as a “helper” as long as recognition has not yet been clarified.
Will I get a company vehicle?
Yes, our commercial vehicles are available to employees for travel between the site and the construction site. Private use of these vehicles is excluded.
What additional payments are there?
The expense money is a reimbursement of the additional expenses for meals. EUR 14/day will be reimbursed if you worked in the field for at least 8 hours. In addition to their monthly salary, our employees in the skilled trades receive a bonus. The amount of the bonus payment depends on the number and quality of the installations.
Do I have to work on weekends?
No, you always have weekends free.
Am I on installation nationwide at beegy?
No, we have operational planning close to home within a radius of 50-100 km.
Abroad
What documents do I need to get started?
You need a St.Id number, SV number, registered address and health insurance, as well as a German bank account. We will be happy to support you in applying for the documents.
Do I have to have my documents (marriage certificate, birth certificates of my children, training certificates/diplomas, etc.) translated into German?
No, we need a copy of these documents, but they do not need to be translated into German.
Do I have to have my foreign educational qualifications recognized?
Yes, in order to be able to work in the profession you have learned in Germany, you must have your educational qualifications recognized.
Do I need a visa to work for beegy?

How much will my salary be after taxes are deducted?
Does beegy take care of accommodation?
Yes. We provide employees with furnished apartments and cover the deposit costs. Rent is deducted from salary every month.
How good do my German skills have to be?
It must be possible to understand/communicate in German. In addition, a German course is offered to improve your knowledge.
