This data is collected,
- to be able to identify you as an applicant;
- to contact you;
- on the implementation of the application procedure
The data processing is carried out in response to your request and serves according to Art. 6 para. 1
S.1 lit.b General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) i.V.m. Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with. § Section 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other relevant laws, in particular the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), for the appropriate processing of your application documents.
In addition, consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1
S.1 lit.a, 7 DSGVO i.V.m. Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with. § Section 26 para. 2
BDSG may constitute a legal basis.
In the case of the processing of special categories of personal data in accordance with Art. 9 GDPR, this serves the exercise of rights or the fulfillment of legal obligations under labor law, social security law or social protection.
The legal basis here is Art. 9 para. 2 lit. b GDPR in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR. Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with. § Section 26 para. 3

3. who receives my data?
Insofar as this is necessary for the processing of the application procedure with you, your personal data will be passed on within our company to persons and, if necessary, departments for examination; this includes in particular the personnel department and the specialist department.
No further data will be passed on to third parties.
4. what data protection rights can I assert as a data subject?
You have the right:

GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
As a result, we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future; if you wish to make use of your revocation, simply send an e-mail to datenschutz@beegy.com.
In the event of revocation, we may no longer be able to provide the agreed services or not to the desired extent; - in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us.
In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details; - in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;
- in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
- in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the conditions set out in Art. 18 GDPR are met and
- in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller
5. can I object to the processing of my personal data?
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR.

We will then no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

6. do I have the opportunity to complain?
If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us is unlawful or possibly violates data protection law for other reasons, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You can contact a supervisory authority in the member state of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
7 How long will my personal data be stored?
Your personal data collected for the application process will be deleted four months after a rejection has been sent, unless we have received your consent to retain your data for longer, for example for inclusion in an applicant pool.
In individual cases, it may be necessary to store personal data for a period of time as we defend ourselves against asserted claims.
8. will my personal data be transferred to a third country?
Data is not transferred to third countries.
9. am I obliged to provide my data?
In principle, there is no legal obligation to provide your personal data.
Refusal to do so has no negative legal consequences for you.
However, if you send us your application, you are initially providing us with your data on a voluntary basis.
As part of the application process, it is also necessary for you to provide us with your data for the proper conduct of the process.
Data processing for the purpose of initiating an employment relationship is regulated by law in § 26 para. 1
